Follow the E6 towards Trondheim.
On the way, you will pass the Olympic City of Lillehammer, the beautiful Gubrandsdal Valley by the Lågen river, the mountains of Rondane in the east and the Jotunheimen mountains in the west. Follow the E6 towards Dombås.
On the way, you will pass the mountain village of Oppdal & Dovrefjell known for its Musk-Oxen Safaris.
From The Atlantic Ocean Road (Atlanterhavsveien), Molde or Åndalsnes
From Kristiansund take the Rv64 to drive on the Atlantic Ocean Road all the way to Åndalsnes then connecting to E136 direction Lesja passing the world famous Trollveggen & Rauma Valley on the way.
From Ålesund
Take the E39 towards Vestnes connecting to E136 towards Åndalsnes & Lesja passing the world famous Trollveggen & Rauma Valley on the way.
